What we collect, and why.

This site is operated by Kuvora under the Qairo Training Partners brand. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build profiles of visitors. This page explains the little that is collected.
Information you give us
If you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, organization, work email address and what you tell us about the change your organization is facing.
We use it to reply to you and to discuss a possible program. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Information collected automatically
Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each handles data under its own privacy terms:
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of this site
- Formspree — receives enquiry form submissions and passes them to our email
- Google Fonts — serves the typeface this site uses, which involves a request from your browser to Google
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Our providers may set cookies necessary for security and delivery.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact with you or may reasonably need them for our records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email training@kuvora.com and we will deal with it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date above.
